COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Business Update


Given the scale and impact that Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had on our daily lives, as well as the new advice and regulations issued by the government, JEM has made the decision to temporarily close our workshop at 7pm on Thursday 9th April.

This Board of Directors made this decision to ensure the continued safety of our staff, customers and local communities.

This closure will be in effect until further notice and we will continue to provide updates as and when things develop following further government announcements.

We will have members of staff working remotely to try and deal with any queries, concerns or general enquiries and they will endeavour to reply to you as quickly as possible. Please email service@jemuk.co.uk

This is an extremely concerning time for everyone and we thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding during this period. We want to play our part in the national effort to reduce the further spread of the virus and we really do appreciate the support and understanding of our loyal and valued customers during these challenging times

I have a Service booked, what should I do?


Current bookings will be rescheduled. These appointments may be subsequently modified, depending on Government guidelines. We will be in contact as soon as we resume normal working hours.


My MOT is due, what should I do?


Vehicle owners will be granted a 6-month exemption from 30th March for MOT testing, enabling them to continue to travel to work where this is absolutely necessary, or shop for necessities. For more information please visit this link.


Can I make an appointment for a service?


At this present time we are unable to schedule any appointments until we return to normal working hours. Please keep an eye on our websites which will be updated as the situation develops..
